This was a bad experience.

This was bad.
1 - Tenshi ask for information by mail before sending the package but never acknowledge they received your answer.
2 - Tenshi sent the package 1 month after I paid. At any moment I had any information from them. Complete radio silence.
3 - I received the wrong bag. I orderer a blue Bihoro chest bag and received a ben davis bag instead. That is not the shape / function nor color I wanted.
4 - I obviously send an email about that despite the fact they never answered to any email before and, as expected, they never answered to this last email either.
